This notice describes the information flows used by GOTIQ’s public website and how to ask questions about them.

GOTIQ is based at Holding No. 107, Azampur, Dhaka North City Corporation, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. For privacy questions, email mantaka@gotiq.co.

Information you choose to send

This website does not provide account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or a direct contact form. If you email GOTIQ, the message and details you choose to include are sent through your email provider to the address above. Avoid including passwords, financial account details, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information in an initial message.

Scheduling

The contact page embeds Calendly so visitors can request a meeting. Calendly processes information entered into its booking flow under its own privacy policy and settings. Review that notice before submitting information. GOTIQ does not control Calendly’s independent data practices.

Website delivery and security

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. As part of delivering and protecting web requests, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as network and browser metadata under its service and privacy terms. Exact logging and retention settings depend on the service configuration. The website does not use analytics; Calendly is its only embedded third-party service.

Questions and requests

For questions about information sent directly to GOTIQ, or to ask about access, correction, or deletion, email mantaka@gotiq.co. Calendly booking information may also be subject to controls and requests available through Calendly. GOTIQ does not currently publish a fixed retention period for email or calendar records; contact us to request information about a specific record or ask for deletion.
